Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you use the consultation or seller playbook forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number and, where you choose to provide them, your real estate objective, area of interest, budget or property value, and any message you write.

Voice assistant. If you start a conversation with the on-site voice assistant, your voice and the conversation transcript are processed by our provider, ElevenLabs, and may be recorded and stored so we can respond to your request and improve the service. Do not start a call if you do not want it recorded.

Collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you request, for security and troubleshooting. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes that data under its own Turnstile privacy addendum (opens in a new tab).

The mortgage calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
• To send the materials you ask for, such as the seller playbook.
• To prepare market analyses or price opinions you request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent spam or fraud.
• To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations under California real estate law.

We will only send marketing messages beyond your inquiry where you have agreed or where the law allows, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Global Estate Hub LLC, which provides client support and marketing administration for this website and handles some replies. It is not a real estate broker.
• Service providers that run the site and our communications: website hosting, our form-processing and email automation provider (n8n), email services, Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection, and the ElevenLabs voice assistant. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Professionals involved in a transaction you ask us to pursue, such as lenders, escrow, title, or cooperating agents, and only as needed and with your knowledge.
• Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or write to info@charlesnguyen.org. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a small number of functional items:

• A googtrans cookie that remembers the language you pick in the translator. Google Translate receives the page text and your IP address when you use it.
• Browser storage that remembers you have seen the site disclaimer.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a security check on pages with a form and may use browser storage to do so.
• Cookies set by the ElevenLabs voice assistant if you use it.

You can clear or block these in your browser settings. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing; because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and real estate transaction records for the period California law requires (generally at least three years under Business and Professions Code §10148). After that we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable safeguards, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or similar sensitive data through this website.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Access a copy of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither).
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

In the past 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (property interests, budgets, and inquiries); internet activity (pages requested); and audio information (if you use the voice assistant).

To make a request, email info@charlesnguyen.org or call (714) 452-8165. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law allows (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
